These strips are great for adding to wraps, health bowls, or an extra protein kick for salads!

  • FRY: Simply add to a pan with oil and fry until crispy on all sides.
  • AIR FRYER: Place into an airfryer for 8-10 minutes until crispy
  • BAKE: Heat the oven to 180 C. Spread out onto parchment paper, roast for 15 minutes on each side.
  • TOASTER: Place into a flat grill toaster with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking. Grill for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
