Marinated BBQ Slices

PRESLICED AND MARINATED BBQ Strips are great for breakfasts, in sandwiches, wraps, salads or a healthy snack.

  • AIR FRYER: Place the slices onto parchment paper. AIr Fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • PAN FRY: Into a preheated pan, drizzle olive oil nd add the slices. Fry until golden and crispy on each side.
  • FLAT GRILL TOAST: Drizzle oil onto the flat grill toaster. Spread out the slices and close the toaster to fry until crispy for about 10 minutes.
  • BAKE/ROAST: Preheat the oven to 180 C. Place the slices onto parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy. Turn around if needed and bake again for a further 10 minutes to crispy one each side.

Ingredients: Soybean tempeh, Tomatoes, Plums, Onion, Vegetable stock, Soy sauce, Sugar, Apple cider vinegar, Lemon, Ginger, Garlic, Canola oil, Chilli, Paprika, Salt, 5 spice. Serves 2-4.
