MARINATED BBQ SLICES - COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Air Fry: Spread the slices out. Fry for 7 min at 180˚C.
Flat-grill toaster: Place the slices in a flat-grill toaster with a drizzle of oil. Fry for 8 minutes.
Pan Fry: Place the slices in a medium-hot pan with olive oil. Pan fry for 5 min per side until crisp.
HOW TO USE YOUR BBQ TEMPEH SLICES
Sandwich: Build a BLT!
Breakfast: Enjoy it as your bacon side.
Salad: Add a gut-healthy protein. Dinner: Cook the slices and serve with gravy & a side of roast veg.
Snack: Cook and serve with a mayo dip as a high protein snack!
Ingredients: Organic soybeans, BBQ Sauce (Tomatoes, Plums, Onion, Vegetable stock, Soy sauce, Sugar, Apple cider vinegar, Lemon, Ginger, Garlic, Canola oil, Chilli, Paprika, Salt, 5 spice.), rice flour, rhizopus oligosporus. Allergens: Made in a factory that uses soya,wheat and nuts.
