BOBOTIE CURRY SLICES - COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Spread the pieces out. Fry for 7 min at 180˚C.
Place the slices in a flat-grill toaster with a drizzle of oil. Fry for 8 minutes.
Place the slices in a medium-hot pan with olive oil. Pan fry for
5 min per side until crisp.
BOBOTIE TEMPEH TOAST
Slice & toast your sourdough. Mash ½ avocado onto the toast with 1 tbsp mayo. Season well. Cook your tempeh until crispy and place over the avo. Press down to secure. In a bowl, mix finely chopped: onion, tomato, coriander leaves and almonds. Serve over the toast. Enjoy!
